Pre Work- A few things to get your started

Before we officially get started, get set up for success with this pre work section.
1. Watch the intro video that tells you everything you need to know.
2. Do the resourcing practice so that you can honor your nervous system during the program
3. Do the intention setting journal work so that you can revisit a long the way and also so you remember your north start along the way.
4. Schedule time on your calendar for the next 12 weeks to get everything done. Each week has a combo of lecture, journal, processes, and practices.  Carve out time ahead of time to find ease and flow in this process.

Week 1: Desire

What are your deepest desires?
This week we will ex exploring the desire system.
So often as women we put off our desires until another point in time, usually putting everyone else's first. Sometimes we forget what we even desire!
The invitation for the next week is to really focus on what it is that lights you up.  Are there desires in your life you could be actualizing in this moment?  
Dare to dream, dare to believe that you can have what you really want!

Week 2: Creating Safety and Clearing Patterns

This week we will be looking at the patterns and  cycles we loop in life.

Most of the time we are doing things unconsciously to get our needs met. Often times these patterns now keep us from what we truly want.

The more we understand how we tick, the easier this is.

We will be diving into attachment styles, the nervous system, and the patterns and cycles we loop.
Along with this we will be looking at where safety is lacking in our life, as well as, how to start creating and cultivating safety within ourselves.

Week 3: Innocence Reclamation

This week we dive into inner child work.  Really looking at the pieces of our inner children that are running parts of our lives when all they really want is to be a kid.
We will empower a new piece of the body mind to take over managing a piece of our lives so our kids can be kids again.
You may not have had your needs met in the way you needed as a child, but you can reparent your inner child this week.
Get ready to be held and nurtured by you!

Week 4: Meeting your own needs

Now that we've worked with the inner child, we are ready to heal the relationships that started it all.  
This week we work with our primary care givers.  Our earliest relationships.  Any patterns we still loop in our connections stemmed from the earliest connections we had.
By looking at these and doing the clearing work, we are able to heal deep seated wounds.
We will also be connecting with our inner masculine or feminine to help support us moving forward.
We hold both polarities within ourselves.  Learning to cultivate relationship to these pieces of us support us in powerful ways.

Week 5: Clearing what isn't yours

This week we look at the Beliefs we have and the stories we tell ourselves that aren't ours.
Somewhere along the way you learned these things and decided to believe them.  We end up creating scenarios that validate these stories even more. 
Not only are we clearing these for ourselves but we are also clearing them for our ancestors.  So often these beliefs were passed down to us.
Celebrate the fact that not only are you doing this work for yourself but also for all your ancestors before you.
You'll also be clearing stress and trauma that is stored in your body through breath work.
This is a big week of creating space.  Be super gentle and easy on you.

This week we look at our unconscious network.  You may desire something but deep down inside not be able to create it because somewhere in the background there is a part of us keeping us from it.

Week 7: Creating New Relationship to your Emotions

So often we are told that it is bad to have certain emotions or that we are weak or it is wrong to have others.
This blocks the full range of our emotional experience.
This week you will choose an emotion that you've struggled with and you will learn to cultivate a new relationship with it.
Emotions are wisdom, you are not your emotions, it's ok to feel the entire range of emotions.
You'll also be learning a process to work with emotions and pleasure.  Anger, joy or sad gasm anyone?
Enjoy learning to work with them in new and fun ways.

Week 8: Self Love & Self Trust

This week is all about cultivating self love and body love. 
We will look at where you are not fully loving yourself and your body.  
We will also be working with self trust.  Honing in to your intuition and honoring the wisdom.
We cannot fully trust others until we begin to listen to and trust ourselves.

Week 9: Creating Inner Safety & Boundaries

Safety goes beyond physical safety, it encompasses emotional, mental, energetic, & spiritual as well.  This week we will be looking at where we aren't feeling safe and starting to cultivate more safety for ourselves.
One of the ways we can create more safety is by setting boundaries.  These are our non-negotiables.  They teach others how to treat us.
Finally we will play around with both safety and boundaries in our body.

Week 11: Self Acceptance

This week is all about self acceptance.  For until we do the work of accepting ourselves, we cannot expect others to do the same.
You'll be guided through a process designed to help you feel acceptance in your system followed by a practice to help you hold the feelings you need to be a success.
Self acceptance is truly important and not always easy work.  Be compassionate on yourself as you navigate this week. 
It will have been worth it!
