This week we will be looking at the patterns and cycles we loop in life.
Most of the time we are doing things unconsciously to get our needs met. Often times these patterns now keep us from what we truly want.
The more we understand how we tick, the easier this is.
We will be diving into attachment styles, the nervous system, and the patterns and cycles we loop.
Along with this we will be looking at where safety is lacking in our life, as well as, how to start creating and cultivating safety within ourselves.
